Terms and Conditions
Scope and booking
RIDGI OÜ, trading as Baltic Transfer Company, provides private transfers, intercity and international transfers, airport/port/hotel/city transfers, individual tours and day trips, and vehicle delivery by driver. A website submission is a request. A booking is confirmed only when the company confirms the essential details, including availability, route, date/time, final price and payment terms.
Price and payment
Route-page “from” prices are indicative Toyota Camry references. The calculator and booking confirmation determine the applicable price for the requested service. The final amount may depend on the exact pickup/destination, date/time, stops, waiting and selected options. Prepayment may be required for intercity and international trips; the amount and terms are agreed individually when the booking is confirmed. A separately sent Stripe Payment Link is hosted by Stripe; the website does not process card details.
Confirmed pricing principles
Waiting is €15 per hour, up to five hours; night surcharge is +10% between 22:00 and 05:59; the return portion of an eligible same-day return journey receives a 50% discount. Minimum order rules depend on pickup location: Estonia within 100 km of Tallinn €50; Estonia over 100 km €100; outside Estonia €200. Car Delivery starts from €0.70/km and the final quote is agreed individually in advance.
Service descriptions
Vehicles shown are available for booking. Tours are individual transport-based journeys and are not described as package travel. Car Delivery means the vehicle is driven to destination by a professional driver; it is not tow-truck or car-carrier transport.
Cancellation, waiting and delays
If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trip, the prepayment is refunded in full. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the trip, any refund is determined individually taking account of the company’s actually incurred costs; this is not an automatic forfeiture of the full amount.
The first 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time are free. Thereafter waiting is charged at €15 per hour, up to five hours. If flight, ferry or train details were provided, the company will, where reasonably possible, take a confirmed delay into account.
No-show, luggage and child seats
A customer may be treated as a no-show where they are absent from the agreed pickup point, do not respond by phone or messenger, and the agreed waiting period has expired. The consequences are addressed reasonably in the individual circumstances and no penalty not separately agreed is imposed. Extra luggage is €5 and a child seat is €10, subject to availability and confirmation.
Complaints and events beyond reasonable control
Complaints and service enquiries may be sent to info@baltic-transfer.com. The company is not liable for delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Car Delivery by Driver
The customer provides an authorisation where required, the vehicle registration document, valid insurance and any documents needed for lawful driving or border crossing. At pickup, the vehicle is visually inspected, photographs are taken and a condition/handover report may be prepared where needed. At delivery, the actual condition is recorded and the vehicle is handed to the customer or authorised person.
Additional costs may include fuel, EV charging, toll roads, ferries, parking, the driver’s travel to and from pickup, and accommodation where required. Their allocation is set out in the individual offer or booking confirmation. Any damage matter is assessed based on the actual circumstances, insurance cover, applicable law and the vehicle documents/photos; these Terms do not impose absolute liability on either party for every loss. Estonian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
